Outside of my day-to-day at Databricks, I founded Alpha Advisory — a leadership advisory practice for Swedish and Nordic mid-sized companies and tech leaders, built around a core idea from Charlie Munger: show me the incentive, and I'll show you the outcome. Why? Most leadership advice ignores incentives entirely. I don't. I help new and experienced leaders in tech understand what's actually driving behavior across their team, customers, partners, and stakeholders — and build trust systematically instead of hoping for it — through workshops, coaching, presentations, and ongoing advisory engagements.
